On November 2nd, 2014, I had the honor of running the incredible New York City Marathon. After joining up with Shay Carl’s Team UNICEF and raising nearly $4000 for charity (THANK YOU EVERYONE!), Kimberley and I were off to New York.
This marathon was incredible. It was by far one of the most amazing road marathons I have ever run. From spectator support to incredible volunteers, NYPD & FDNY. Over 50,000 people ran the marathon and MILLIONS of people came out to support along the sidelines. Just incredible.
A special thank you to Kimberley for joining me on this short adventure; to Shay Carl for asking me to be on the team with himself, Carlie, Raw & Derek; to all of you who came out to find me in the masses of runners; and to all who donated their hard-earned money to a great cause. THANK YOU ALL.
